Too bad your q-ball is not around but anyway.Sony uses the rebadged Lite-On and I have one for about a year and I’m not in love with. Before I had Plextor one of the best in cd burner time now I don’t want it even for free after my bad experience with 708A DVD burner. On my second computer I have a old Pioneer 108 and works 24 hours a day with no problem. If you want more ideas go to this site forum and read:http://www.cdfreaks.com/

Well..... I don’t really know. It’s in a Dell. Is NEC a brand? It does say that in properties. But quite honestly , it sucks. I was hoping to find one that was decent but fairly cheap. It took me forever to figure out the whole “burning” process, and now its been so long since my burner has worked I forget again!
Thats interesting about the Plextor, someone told me they were great. I’ll have to look into the Pioneer. How much of a bang are they on the wallet???

The prices are in Canadian Dollars before taxes. Here is a review about external burners but is a transition time to high definition or blu-ray disk whatever is going to be so the prices are very low.
