I have a Mac and I am trying to download movies from axxo with no success very in experienced. I have downloaded UTorrent and then went to download a moie from Axxo and it would’nt work. After downloading the movie it says the media type is not supported???? Not sure now what to do, can you please help.

if you download an aXXo file that you cant play it is most likely a fake and says you have to download a 3wplayer or mpcstar to open the file but both these programs are viruses so dont. most real aXXo files have a read first text telling you that its a real one

FAKE/SPYWARE — Don’t bother downloading this file! Even if you do “decrypt” the DomPlayer encryption, the resultant file is a 3wPlayer encrypted one. If you decrypt the 3wPlayer file, the resultant file is an audio track of a radio show recording looped over and over again. Don’t waste your time! It’s a scam to get you to install malware.

Dom player is also stripped from files using the 3wdecoder, just tried it.

So, if i download this.... http://wildman-productions.org/files/3wdecsetup.rar ....It will enable the movie to be played, that is without any virus’s or problems. Or is this a fake as well?

You need to download the .rar and either install it or install the required software for it to function (It will tell you).

Then, run the program, and open the file you suspect of having 3wplayer/Domplayer shit in it & it will also ask where you want the new file placed.

WHen done it should play.

Maybe its just a windows app. and not for MAC OXs.

I heard of way a way to do it through iDVD but does not work for me, maybe I’m doing somethig wrong!

Does anyone know a MAC way to open dom.player files?

Yep, the program is Windows only.

I must tell you to delete the file if it tells you to install 3wplayer or dom player.

I’ve stripped several files claiming to be by AXXO, they were either porn I didn’t want instead of Hitman (the movie) or movies I have already on DVD instead of Shoot 'em up.

So, unless it is from the real AXXO, (No 3w/dom player) delete the file. If it’s in theaters look for a decent CAM.

So am I to gather then that if I download a movie that play beautifully and has the tag line wonderful Mr. AXXO but does not have sound, it is bogus? This is my problem right now. Ugh

I really appreciate the educated lesson from the Prolific Collector. Seriously. I didn’t know what to look for and this helps alot.
It seems there are many different links taking you to different mtorrent8.com and other sites that tell you to enter an email and follow instructions online. Well, I didn’t do that at least!
I would like to know, though, does axxo have a favorite place to host his torrents?
I also have a huge movie collection, though, not quite as big as Prolific Collector. But I don’t know how to upload the movies or make them torrents. And once they hit my computer, I dont know how to put them on a dvd.
A lot of people have tried to tell me to use this program or try that program but I never get it converted to whatever format it is supposed to be. I’m actually amazed that I ever even figured out how to download a torrent.
Anyway, my point is that since I can’t contribute to the movie collection, I will continue to make small donations for my shared files.
