I can't play online Videos, can any 1 help??

I’ve got WM10 and I am unable to view some videos on some sites. For example I am not able to view music video’s I only get sound and a blank screen.

Is there a specific codec need. I think I’m missing this codec? or one relating to this: MPEG-2 video decoder

Does any one know where I can get one from or is this codec no use?
