Nevermind I figured it out. I cant convert files bigger than 100 MB in WinISO anyways...

I downloaded the sims, mdf. and mds. files, used alcohol 120 to burn to disc,k all files were copied onto an individual disc, after install i am stil being asked to insert correct cd-rom, any ideas, i’m totally lost, totally new to workin with these file types thank u much

i downloaded a game from utorrent and it gives me 28 folders with one mdf and one mds in each of them how do i do to put them together please some body help me

Lol.... persoanlly i dnt see the point of all ths .mdf and .mds files. Lets say ur dwnloading a game.... and it comes in an .mdf and .mds file. Open the mdf using winrar, extract and install. Delete the .mds, go to www.megagames.com find the crack for ur game dwnload it, use it and walla problem solved.

And to daitken06, extract the .mdf file using winrar into a folder such as “the sims 2-play”. Install it onto ur comp. Nw i’ll take a gess and say tht if u try the .exe file its nt gna work, probs ask for a cd rom. So, go to www.megagames.com and dwnload te sims 2-no cd crack. U can do this by clicking on pc fix or some shit under the pc section. Then get the letter of the game, “eg s for sims 2”, FInd the sims 2 and get a no cd crack. Once dwnloaded open it and extract all its contents into the directory where ur sims 2 game is sintalled, s0 lyk program files/ ea games/sims 2 or watever. It will ask u if u want to overwrite the files, say yes. And then run the .exe file it should all run perfectly. Note: the game is cracked so idnt thnk the build tool works, but its fine cose the game has pre-made houses. I also thnk u can dwnload a patch to make the build tool enabled.

I had the same problem, but if you use Daemon and increase the number of devices and put all the iso’s you need on it, when it asks for the next CD direct it to the relevant 'drive'.

If that doesn’t work, just mess around with the way you order the iso’s...

Here’s my pronblem: I’ve downloaded Sims Complete collection. It is a mds. and a mdf. file. Halfway the install it asks for CD2. What do i have to do then?

Does anyone know if it’s possible to make an ISO file from just the files on the cd?
When I was installing it I copied all the files from the cds onto my computer, but now I lost the cd I need to play.
I have alcohol 120% but I don’t know if I can just make it from the files with that or just manually.

look guys i now how to run mds files listen.

1.copy mds and mdf files from dvd in your computer with folders for ex cd1 cd2
2.run alcohol 120%(full version needed)
3.put a blank cd on your cd rw.
4.open your mds file.
5.click image burning wizard and next and start.

i got a zipped mds file on a cd. when i try to unzip the file it goes to 65% and then it stops. i have no clue why. the thing is i have installed and played fm06 before. but i foolishly uninstalled it. and now i do not remember how to install it. can u help pls

YO uhmm Daemon tools works too, although it will look like an unreadable file you can still do it just fine.
