I am having the same problem as Ghostboy with that same Movie(Hitman. The Movie.2007.DvDSCR.Xvid.avi). As a matter of fact, it is with all the movies that end with “Xvid.avi” files. It is driving me crazy! I cant figure out how to play these movies! I have the VLC Player and plenty more. I dont know what to do. Can anyone help?

If you’re having problems with the .avi, try running it through the 3wdecoder.

If it still doesn’t work, it’s probably a fake.

People claiming that 3wplayer works is in cahoots with the same people trying to infect your system. Morons, just get a fucking job and buy the dvd’s, n00b kids.

3w-player is shit.

I only posted about the decoder, which is another program by someone else, that takes the “infected” file and strips it of that shit and gives you a clean file. That you can watch with any player. So, no need to infect your PC. You don’t even need to install the decoder.

You need to have Microsoft’s Visual Basic Runtime C++ 2005 installed for it to run.

VLC will not play a .avi file that has been encoded by mVs, all it shows is a little clip saying “please download the dom player” and when u do it asks you to pay $5..

3wplayer is a scam! if u’v installed it GL to you, i see a Format in your future.IT is laced with spyware and considered a trogen. if u happen to get a file that requires domplayer, your best bet right now is to donwload another file

Sheesh guys it says xvid - www.xvid.org/ its simular to the avi divx codec just go to url and install it

XviD - XviD is a free and open source MPEG-4 video codec. XviD was created by a group of volunteer programmers after the “OpenDivX” project was closed in July 2001. XviD is a primary competitor of DivX (XviD spelled backwards). While DivX is closed source and may only run on Windows, Mac OS and Linux, XviD is open source and can potentially run on any platform.

Warning axxo has been having trouble with people faking his name to check if real go here http://axxo-release.blogspot.com/

Dom player/3wplayer are pretty much the same thing.

Just run it through the 3wdecoder and viola, no more problems.
