Tag 2 codec, help

Hello,
Days ago i downloaded a video from internet, but i have a problem, if i use Divx player, i can see the video, but can’t hear the audio, he says
“the file you are opening includes audio data that is not recognized by the Divx player, the file contains the following type of data : audio data : tag 2 , you may need to install new audio codec in your computer to listen to the audio "


VLC Media open the file but colors are wrong,on the upper part of the screen appear a red and green line, and all the colors are wrong on the restof the video windows.

Real player do not open the file at all.

With Quicktime amd Windows media player i can hear only the audio but i can’t see the video.


I searched around the net for this Tag 2 audio codec, but coulden’t find anything useful to solve my problem.
Could someone point me to a site where i can download this tag 2 audio codec?
