Unplayable MP4 video - Singles (1992) [DvDrip] [Eng] (ws) .mpeg4.mp4

Hi guys

I downloaded this video “Singles (1992) [DvDrip] [Eng] (ws) .mpeg4.mp4”, a film from a torrent. The torrent is here - http://www.mininova.org/tor/135090

The file doesnt play in vlc, windows media player 10, real player, quicktime. I have downloaded several codec packs but it still won’t play. I also tried checking the video file for the codec used, but none of the codec checkers like afreecodecVT, Gspot worked since it was not an avi. When i used AVI FOURCC changer it showed the FOURCC as 0È!€

When i play the file in VLC the audio plays without any problem, but the video shows the first frame and then VLC crashes. So I am sure its a video file as i see one frame. But I am not sure what is wrong with it.

Can anyone please help?

Have a look on here m8 you might find a player or the right codec goodluck

Or you could try converting the mpeg 4 into avi which will defo play in vlc

Hi there,
I have been to free-codecs.com. I have dowmnloaded several codecs and codec packs, but it doesn’t play. Also, am not able to convert it cos I don’t have the codec.

I’ve found the codec. The file is a h.264 file. Won’t play on my comp cos of low CPU resources. damn h.264
