Macca Guest | i was trying to combine a few .avi’s I have with virtual dub but when I try it comes up with:
Couldn’t locate decompressor for format 'XVID' (unknown)
Virtual dub requires a video for windows (VFW) compatible codec to decompress video.
I’ve installed the codec for VFW all ready though.
Please help | |

Marcus Aurelius Guest | This is the forum for Virtual Dub a very nice tool but not so easy to work with. Register free and use the forum: http://forums.virtualdub.org/
If you try to merge two video files for convertion you may use any video converter you want like WinAvi or Cucusoft or VSO ConvertX to DVD just add one or more files and the software is doing the rest of the job. Any trial version is going to watermark your video file. Good Luck | |
