BIN file problem

I recently made a copy of Age of Empires III using MagicISO. I downloaded the .bin files. All 3 discs burned successfully. I insert the first disk and when prompted I click on Install. However, I get the message “\\setup.exe is not a valid Win32 application”.

Did I do something wrong? Should I burn disk one over again or was there something wrong with the bin file?
