MVS movies - Chinese mp4 reader

Hi,

I’ve a problem with MVS Multimedia Convert.
When I try to convert big files such as movies an errors appears at the end of the process and closes the program.
I have no problems with videoclip instead even if after the converting process the files is almost the doble.

Please help me to solve these issues, that are converting big files (mpg) and getting smaller size after the converting process.
