markie Guest | I have converted an avi file to mpeg2 with TMPGenc. I have nero 6 and plug in required to burn mpeg2 to svcd, but when I try to do it using nero express ( this is like a plain english wizard for ppl like me who dont really know what they are doing!) it runs through and checks the file then says file format unsupported. The file plays fine in WMP and RP. Any help would be great.

markie Guest | I checked the box saying svcd , then it created a copy of the original avi file but as an mpeg2. Is this the correct type of file for an svcd, and if so why does nero need to convert the file again before it can burn ansvcd. ie what type of file is it then when it actually becomes an svcd?
nero told me I needed a plug in to convert mpeg2 to svcd. I got this off of kazaa and installed it . but nero cant seem to find it and keeps telling me I need the plug in. Any ideas where it goes when you install it?
