Fazil Guest | Hello! I bought a MP4 SONY player but its firmware version is LG MP3 PLAYER MP783 CM60019 2006/11/11 ACT_V3.5.37... I was confuced and as soon as charged the battery the battery goes out of its shape, but it doesnt matter i used my nokia cellular phone battery. it is a 2 GB device but after I format the player its not showing more then 1 GB and its hard to show its memory and its not function good. please someone help me to solve its problem at fazilhm@hotmail.com please please please!!!

ive kinda got the mas problem but my mp4 will not load on my computer it says that my mp4 is not recconized and it wont worlk on my computer. if anyone has a clue on how you fix that could you get back to me . my mp4 turns on and everything but when i try to upload it it doesnt work

I accidently deleted a map Called “Root”, and that was the map where the music were in. Before i delted it, there was just 2 maps (Record & Voice). I just put the music in, and then played it. Then when i came to number 22 it were in sleep mode. Then i deleted all the songs, and accidently the map; Root. Now after i puts my music in, and try to go in under Music, then it emmedtly go in sleep mode.
Help me. How can i get my music in, with out it goes in sleep mode? Mail me to

freebrock Guest | Don’t drag and drop your music files into the player when you open it on your pc. Create seperate file folders for music, movies, etc. and then drop and drag the entire folder. The player will automatically distinguish how to play each file. The individual folders will hold the capacity you want. Hope this helps.

sergiovv Guest | THIS WAS A SOLUTION FOR ME .......MY PROBLEM WAS THAT THE PLAYER DIDNT WANT TO PLAY MUSIC ANYMORE IT WAS SAYING “FORMAT ERROR” SO WHAT I DID WAS FORMAT THE PLAYER. THIS IS HOW I DID IT.....PLUGGED THE PLAYER IN THE PC THEN OPEN “MY COMPUTER” ICON THEN RIGHT CLICK IN THE PLAYER IN MY CASE WAS “REMOVABLE DISK (L " THEN “FORMAT” AND IT WORKED FOR ME. GOOD LUCK!!

kimberly Guest | I was charging my mp3 player and I did not let it fully charged. Now everytime I turn it on it is syuck on the same screen as if it is charging. I can not go anywhere else except look at the same screen. Please help? I also put a new battery in, and it still did not work. It is a ME2 MP3MP4
