CHUCK CHILLOUT Guest | JUST GOT MINE FROM HONG KONG OFF OF EBAY...FIGURED THEY’RE ALL BEING MADE OVER THERE ANY WAY. BUT MY PROBLEM GETTING IT TO READ ON MY COMUPTER, I CAN READ/SEE EVERYTHING ON IT AND EVEN PLAY MY GAMES BUT CAN’T LOAD A DAME THING ON IT. I CAN’T UPGRADE, ALL IT GIVES ME IS ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ I GOT A MANUAL BUT STILL NOTHING.................

tauqeerzahir Guest | Please help me i have got a Mp4 with 1.5 LCD which comes with Nokia battery ad i tried to ubdate the firmwar. My older firmware was 3.5.37 and evn new one was same but now my Mp4 is just getting detected but not playing anything .
If i on it a black screen comes with light.
Evn i didnot backuped my old firmware.
Plz help you know my moidel.

rik Guest | i got the solution if it wont detect mp4 player:
1. turn ur mp4 off(not that you see any different but do it)
2. put it in the pc (it wont find anything yet)
3. put the mp4 player on.
4. take a small screwdriver and make the mp4 open then u see 2 big black things pickup the screwdriver again and make connection to a few pins at the second one(it might take a while to find!!)
5. windows will make that sound u know that it found a usb thing
6. you cant open the mp4 player in my computer but u can with mp4 updater
7. download the most recent version of mp4 tools here:
http://www.h4l-clan.net/RDiskUpdate4.rar
8. download this one: http://www.h4l-clan.net/upgrade soft.fw
9. open rdiskupdate4 and press: RdiskUpdate.exe (it might take 400 seconds)
10. it says recoviring state get recovery firmware
11. open upgrade soft.fw (400 seconds again)
12. if u did it correct the mp4 player will now have a blue screen this means: its broken because of the software now im searching for the good firmware version
at least u can add .fw and .bin files to ur mp4 player

when i play music on it its always crashing and i dont know how to upgrade it i dont have any information on it i dont know the memory capacity or anything. its black and its got silver buttons. i created other folders next to the music folder and now i cant delete them because the music i put in those folders has renamed itself to weaird symbol names (little square boxes) please help me my e-mail is loveonnet83@gmail.com
