Help me! I bought a MP4 MP3 player brand Visual land 547 from Ebay. Then I try to upgrade the firmware...but unfortunately it no longer works properly. I cannot connect it with my computer, cant operate when it is turned on. Cant see any effect when connect with my computer. It’s absolutely silent.
Anyone has experienced with this...please help me to fix it up.

I guess I upgraded it with the wrong player and all I get is a dead blue screen.
I cannot recover the old firmware either using the upgrade tool in mp3 utilities.
My original version was 3.2.16 Wilson Co Ltd. and I was only upgrading with another 3.2.16 version.
Any idea what went wrong?
I also tried a bunch of other firwares...version
3.2.13, and other 3.2.16 versions but none work.
Where can I find I firmware that will work or how do I recover my old one?

is yr Mp4 player completedly dead as u just finished upgrading the firmware? And you are unable to interact with it whatsoever by computer or running it? If so...u got the similar situation like me...And I try to contact the manufacturer...in HongKong but no response at the moment. SO bad sevices.
I think it requires to have a particular progam that can reset the memory chip of the player... I strive to find it...

Nino Guest | hey i’v got the same problem with the same player tried the same version, but damn doesn’t work anyway...my screen lights on but nothing happens, may it be a problem of the upgrading programme...any way the mother board was marked as mp680-cl-v11 and i found a bin file that doesn’t work even if the upgrade log of the programme says something succesful when i try to open it it goes wrong when upgrading and everything stays the same!
HELP!!!!!

arish Guest | Hi again, I managed to successfully short circuit my player and bring it to recover state. Before it wasn’t being recognized by my computer at all. Now I can at least store files in it but I still need the correct 3.2.16 firmware.

I have the same player and had the same problem. I found the right firmware and now it works perfectly. If you want me to send it to you, give me your email adress and I will send you the file.

when i play music on it its always crashing and i dont know how to upgrade it i dont have any information on it i dont know the memory capacity or anything. its black and its got silver buttons. i created other folders next to the music folder and now i cant delete them because the music i put in those folders has renamed itself to weaird symbol names (little square boxes) please help me my e-mail is waco_maco69er@hotmail.com

i formatted my MP4 player which was a 2gb mp4 but now it is a 114mb with the same firmware.....how can i get my 2gb of storage back please anyone???

ilkaha Guest | I had the same problem and to recover my memory I had to format my player in FAT format. With your player you certainly had a software that can format your player or you can do it with windows XP with a right clik I suppose. But before it is better for you to search in which format do you have to format. Have a great day
