rm video file error

Hello
Im fairly new to using media players/codecs etc and am currently stuck...

the real media file im trying to open gives me the error message :

Media player classic could not render some of the pins in the graph, you may not have the needed codecs or filters installed on the system.

Im using media player classic version 6.4.8.4 & have d/l many different codec packs.

i can hear audio but am unable to see the video.

ive also tried using videoinspector to tell me what codec i need but this doesnt seem to help
me either.

ive also tried using real player v10 and other media players to no avail.

i really want to watch this video and would appreciate any help or suggestions!
