Need help.....No audio...but video is fine

I downloaded an AVI movie file and i converted it to a VCD using WINAVI Converting...Once its done converting it splits it if the file size is too big for a 700mb cd-r...so i open the first file and its fine..audio and video works...then i open the 2nd and the audio does not work.. Im tryin to burn a VCD so i can play it in my dvd player..i have nero startsmart which has everything...
