how to burn DVD to HD and play it on laptop

Hey everybody,
I searched the forum for this but couldn’t exactly find the answer. How do I burn a DVD to my laptop’s hard drive and play it on my laptop? Also can I play that saved movie on the TV through the laptop? I have DVD Shrink 3.2 and DVD Decrypter.
Thanks in advance for any help.

rip it to your harddrive using dvddecrypter then play using dvd player software like powerDVD
