Can anyone help me?

my player will not charge. i have left it on charge for days and it will not work at all it just comes on for 10 seconds and shuts down.

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!

Hi ,
Same problem here , i have the same mp3 player as you , cant get it to charge after having it only 2 days .
The user manual is worse than useless as is the official website , also does yours have the fm radio option as despite mines supposed to be with this it appears to be absent from the menu !
Any answers would be appreciated

Please will someone tell me how to get the music onto my mp3 the cd i was given does not work!!!!!!
