Entree Rep: 0 Joined: 09 Mar 2006 Posts: 2 OFFLINE | hi i got the klite codec pack which is supposedly gonna allow me to view every single video type however when i try importing videos into sony vegas 5.0 it gives me some message that sony vegas does not have the right plug in or that i need a certain codec. this applies to certain mpegs, wmv, avi files mainly. im good with .mov and such but its just those 3 that give me trouble. i would cap something off the tv using dazzle video converter and put it in wmv form or avi form and it cant read it in sony vegas or in windows movie maker. however on my other computer it can.....that only means that i have certain codecs on my other comp that i dont have here. is there anyway i can see the codecs that i have on my other comp and copy and paste them into my new one? is there a solution to my problem?
