multipla language movie help

hey i got a movie - street fighter 2 and it plays 2 languages at the same time.. when i burn it to dvd after converting it it only plays in jap and i cant change language.. can any 1 plz help me by telling me what i have to do to burn this movie to dvd and having anglish as language plzzzzzzzz....

Its called Multi Billingual Audio. There ain’t many Standalone DVD players that can handle this kind of Audio. Not common in Europe nor the U.S but only common in Asian Countries like Taiwan, South Korea, Japan n so on. If U have a Sony Playstation Standard(not PS2) U can play the movie with it xcept that it should b in VCD 4mat vers 1.1 or 2.0.(not DVD 4mat)Just toogle it with the gamepad.
PS: Only chip/modified model
