problem with inovix imp 305 mp4 player

i have bought an inovix mp3 (mtv) player 2 days ago and have used it straight away. But when i was listening to it that night suddenly the music stopped and the screen went black and some white chinese writing come up for a second then the bye bye screen come up. so i turned it back on and it did the same and the battery says full and also lt won’t charge please help me

I have had EXACTLY the same problem, i have tried to email them and all they said was that there might be a problem with the internal battery or that i had downloaded certain music files that don’t work on it (which i hadn’t) i have emailed them again and heard nothing. Have you got it fixed or anything yet?
