Entree Rep: 0 Joined: 01 Mar 2006 Posts: 2 OFFLINE | I a, a new member to this site, for what I have read so far it has many helpful tips on correcting problems. I am having a problem of my own at this time and I ws hoping someone would help me out. I DL a movie ut it just came in as a CUE and a BIN file(CUE was bigger). I have also came across where I used winrar for the files and it just gave me 1 file, but when i clicked on it, it was like in Acrobat format. I have no idea on how to burn these files onto DVD disks to view on my dvd player. I DL vcdgear but I was clueless on how to use that program. And also with the CUE files is it possible to fit both part 1 and 2 in 1 disk?

BigPussy Guest | Every1 is a new member 2 this 4rum apart 4 some that has gone in2 hibernation during the winter season n s now spring is drawing close by n ppl r starting 2 crawl out from their den. From what U have said about dloading a pairs of BIN/CUE. U didn’t mention if it’s a movie or game. A CUE can’t b bigger than a BIN.(CUE=A few hundreds kilobyte max)Do U like reading? I guess not!! Every software comes with instructions. So..start reading the instruction on how 2 use VCDGear.
U can’t burn a BIN 2 a DVD without 1st xtracting the BIN contents 2 MPEG n then on 2 VOB=DVD 4mat. All in total 3 Steps conversion.
or simple still..just burn the CUE with Nero on a CD-R.

But I guess I will read the HELP on the VCDGear program and try to understand how to use it and hopefully will make sense to me.

tryhelpya Guest | hello mate first of all you need
1 vcd gear open it up look for the
cue/bin->mpeg in the drop down window
2.load your cue file _ send it to a folder on desk top
3 then click start
4. if you have two cue files repeat it then when finished there should be one or two mpeg files in your folder you created then you get a programe called dvd santa full version then mount the mpeg file(s)one by one but both will be showing on the top then convert to dvd when that has finished you can burn the dvd files with clonedvd 2 or shrink and there you have it film on dvd disc goodluck m8 if you need any more help or the full progs email me
