Regular Rep: 2 Joined: 20 Nov 2004 Posts: 1,189 | I never was able to find a standalone decoder for it.
The libavcodec library has a decoder for it, and anything libavcodec-based will be able to play it. That means ffdshow-tryouts or VLC Media Player.
