After using the msm I got echo!

I was talking by skype and it was working good, but then i´ve to change it to msn and i accepted an invitation to start a voice chat, without closing the skype one...I run the Audio Tuning Wizard.
The problem I am having is that I am hearing an echo of my partner´s voice when we speak and when i play music is the same. I don’t hear an echo of my voice, he can hear me fine, what can i do?
I was using a headset with built-in speakers and microphone.
