Entree Rep: 0 Joined: 19 Feb 2006 Posts: 1 OFFLINE | Just recently I have been unable to play avi files from the c: drive of my laptop. The symptoms are that the video is jerky, and lags behind the audio. I assumed it was a codec problem and uninstalled/reinstalled etc.
Curiously I can play the same avi files from the DVD drive or from another drive on my home network. It’s only a problem when playing from the c drive.
Has anyone come across this before/got any ideas.
Would appreciate any suggestions.
