Okay, I’ve been trying to connect some programs to the Internet, but none of them will. Firefox, Opera, Xfire, Macromedia Flash Player Updater, or any of my Blizzard games to Battle.net. Verizon’s Support Center thinks the connection isn’t there, but it is. I can still connect to UT 2004, CoD, AVG updater, Windows updater, and IE.

I figured, since it seemed to happen after we went to Zone Alarm Free Edition, it was its fault. I would let them through; nothing. I would shut it down; nothing. I got rid of it, and still nothing!

I used to have F-Secure’s Security Suite, but it wasn’t very good. It was pain to uninstall, someone had to go into the System Registry in Safe Mode just to uninstall it. Could that be it? Or is it related to IE?

Help?
