how do i get the file converted sothat the voices match the dvd

Please make sure that Windows Media Player can play the source file. If the source file can be played by WMP, maybe there is something wrong with the codecs on your PC. Please download a K-Lite package from
http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm
Also, if you convert AVI files, please update your DIVX codec to the latest version from http://www.divx.com
