AVI file and sound problem

Hi,
I have an avi file and the visual quality is good. However, the sound isn’t great, it has a sort of buzzing sound and it’s not exactly clear. Does anyone know what I could do to improve the sound quality? (or maybe, there’s nothing I can do..)

i am having the same problem. i can hear the background sound but not the conversations. anyone can help please?
