Video Capture? Any good ones for DV?

I have a DV camcorder, and want to know what software package is good for capturing the video from the camcorder, to DVD NTSC format (MPEG2).

I currently use POWERVCRII and it works well, but there is no way to adjust the audio to the required 48,000kHz 16bit stereo.

Even when I create my own recording profile, there are no settings to switch from the default 44,000kHz 16bit stereo to the 48,000kHz 16bit stereo.

This must be a bug in PowerVCRII

Canopus, Avid, Pinnacle probably the top three prosumer around.
