webcam needs Indeo codec

I recently got a Logitech Quickcam 3000 Pro from eBay (it’s discontinued). When I try to record with its program it says Indeo codec is needed...I thought codec was only for video playback? Anyone know where I might find this codec (free)?

Hallo there. I just want to ask when I talk to my friend online we are very slow on the webcam. Does it need a codec or what do I need to know. Thank You
