Help with this please. My co-worker has sent a video by e-mail of our job site. I can’t open the file. File type is video/3gpp. when I try to download file it asked me if I want to save the file not given the choice to open.
Sooo when I saved the file it asked where to save it. I put it in my documents. Then it offered a chance to open the file, but when I did, it says that windows cannot open this type of file and suggested go to codec information. Can anyone help with this situation. You know by now I’m not very good at this. Thanks, Earle

Hey dude!
I know exactly how to fix that problem.
You need to download Quicktime. 3GPP is the video formatt of all the new video mobiles, I play all of mine on quicktime, so that should work on yours just fine mate :-)

Enjoy
