out of sync

Hi
i have created some dvds everyone i’ve created are out of sync.
The way i make my dvds are
1.encode files using winavivideoconverter
2.use dvdshrink to join the files
3.use nero express to create my dvds.

i think the prooblem is when i’m encoding but not really sure.
