End of vid testing

Here goes. Is there a way to test for the end of a video. In other words, I want to put a link up to take a test, but I want to ENSURE that the video was watched in FULL.
Soo obviously I wanna hide the link until the video ends. We currently are encoding for media 7.1, both high and low bandwidth. As well as beginning to use nine. I do not do the encoding, but I do the web development around our videos.
