Sound delay burning avi to VCD

Hi

I have an avi movie, I’m making a Video CD using Nero Vision Express 3.

The movie burns ok but the problem is that there’s about 2 seconds of delay on the CD, but the avi file plays ok and sound is also ok.

I had the same problem last time I used it about 6 months, I thought it was a codec problem so yesterday I installed "K-Lite Codec Pack" but still same problem

I had also uninstall all the codecs from Add/Remove Programs and after look for the files as of http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/81570 and delete them manually.
Any ideas???
