Cant hear Sound in a movie.

I got all the codec’s but i have a movie that i downlaoded wit perfict Quality.

is there any good sound coverter.

any 1 knw’s let me know i knw u all knw.

I can hear the sound only in FRIENDS

AFTER i convert my video i hear no SOUND...help.
