Louie Guest | I received a Creative Zen W for Christmas... I was trying to put DVD movies on the player. So, i purchased the Xilisoft DVD to Mp4 Converter to make the DVD Video_TS files into the AVI format to be compatible with my player. However, even after downloading the DivX Codec and the Saduki Codec pack, there still comes up an error message after trying to transfer or even play the converted avi file that says i have some missing codecs required to play the media. Can anyone help me?

Sachin.Brahmavar Guest | Hi there... this issue can happen if the system files have been corrupted to resolve this issue you will have to store the files that is necessary(MP3/MP4) and then format the player by just right clicking on the removable USB drive and select Quick format.
after formatting reload the MP4/MP3 songs on the sony player. It will start playing .... Even I too have this one and once after formatting every thing is fine and working well...

if you have windows XP, just plug the mp3 player via the usb cable. It should detect a new drive. Now copy your mp3 files to this new drive.
You should now be able to play mp3. The contents of the CD are probably for video conversion software and windows 98 drivers.
