dcmargush Guest | I have a *.mpg file a friend of mine made from a VHS tape. He edited it, saved it to a CD for me(20 M .... I try to play it on a Win2K machine and it gives errors about incorrect codec. He did the work on an XP machine.
I would like to 1 decrease resolution so it is a smaller file and can be run/downloaded via a link on a web page, and fix the problem of not being able to run on a older operating system.
