Need to copy protect mov downloadable clips

I need to protect mpeg4 compressed mov clips made in Final Cut Pro.
They are for dowload-Can I do it?
If its a license I need then where can I go for most affordable.
Should I export/convert to wmv — -If so then what software?
(flip4mac does not drm encode???????)
