No sounde in WM PLAYER VIDEO

To all

I have download free trailer play in qiuck time it was ok.But when i convert it to WMV and play it in Window Media player 10 ,i got picture but no sound.
Pls advised as i need to convert to WMPlayer so that i can syncronised it with my ARCHOS 700DVR.
