sound to begin with... then nothing??? Help please!

Hi,
I finally downloaded a version of memoirs of a geisha, that actually works and plays (pefectly, apart from this problem) all the other versions were either clips or didn’t play at all), and there is sound at the very beginning of the movie, then when the scene changes, the sound disappears... I already downloaded tag 8192, I think it was, when I was tryingto get another version to work.. so, what could it be? Which codec would I need?
