Mickmiest wrote: Concerning the Error ID = 0xC00D1199 Condition ID = 000000000. This problem occurs when you have downloaded an Avi or Mpeg file that has not been completed. Due to this, even though the size of the file is acurate, the data within the file is raw. I came across this problem after partially downloading torrent files. If anyone came across software to repair these files it would be great to post it, otherwise another solution would be to download the file again, without partial downloads. Cheers

Has anyone finally found any software that corrects the incomplete .avi files? I have a couple downloaded from bit torents and it looks like they have the same problem. I tried VLC already, and one of them cannot be opened at all. For the other one it gave the option to reconstruct the matrix, but when I played the file, the playback seems to jump forwards and backwards eroneously.

Is there no other way to recover the video and audio stream from these files without having to download the whole file again?

Appreciate any help and kind regards,

Dirty_Harry
