Brian Sanders Guest | Hi there,
Bought a Soney mini DvD camcorder and it records in .BUP format. However the video editing program i use, Pinnical does not support .BUP, so I need to convert the video.
Whats the best non buggy convertion program.

you dvd camcorder shoud’ve produced some files in vob format and ifo format along with the bup files. You can get videos from the dvd using this dvd ripper, it can help you copy the dvd content and save it as regular video format.

shelz Guest | I have copied a dvd onto my computer and now want to be able to watch it although I think I need to convert it to a file that windows media player can read. Right now it it a .bup file — how can I change it? What do I do?

Some products can’t support convrting .BUP format, so you’d better use a DVD ripper to rip a regular DVD including Video_TS and Audio_TS.
