how to burn raw and bin cue files

I am very new at burning DVD’s I know how to burn video ts files and to convert avi to video ts files using VSO program..However I need help with converting raw and bin cue files to either avi or video ts files to burn to a DVD. I have isobuster and vcdgear and have no clue how to use them...can someone please have the heart to list the steps I need to take to burn this mvie I want...Thank you soo much in advance.
