Divx 311 and XP

I need tag 353 so i got divx 311 and it says it may “destabilize my system either now or in the future”
I run XP
Should i ignore the warning or does it not work?

That’s a standard warning when you install a driver that doesn’t have a Microsoft signature on it. I say you can pretty much ignore it in this case, because divx 3.11 has proven to be a relatively stable codec (unlike angelpotion for example!)
