An MTV file converter

Hi everybody,

I’m new to this forum and I just spotted it in google. I was wondering if anyone could send me one of the following programs:

MP3 Player Utilities 3.06
MTV Convert Tool v2.3

I’ve been searching for ages as I need to convert all my wma files and wmp files to .mtv for my new Mp3 player. I have so far had no success from emailing anyone, and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much all!
