Hello! I’m looking for some guidance and hope someone on this forum will be able help!

I play in a band and we recently played a gig which we videoed and which was recorded on mini disc from the main mixing desk.
What I want to do is put the sound track onto the video to produce a stereo DVD.
I have access to Adobe Premier. Will this program do what I want and, if so, how do I do it?!?
