Hi I hope someone here can help me ... something happend to my puter and now I cant open alot of my shhhhhhhhhhi t... I cant scan or up pic from my cam to my puter? I tried system restore and it will not let me go back to far and were I could go back to it did not fix it ... here is what it says when I try to use my scaner.
( the application or DLL Cwindowssystem32sti.dll is not a valid windows image. please check this against your installation diskette)
If someone can please help me with this I will bow down and kiss your feet I dont know much about computers so please be ez on me Thanks

PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT I NEED TO DO TO FIX THIS PROB .... IM ABOUT TO REFORMATE MY COMPUTER AND I WILL LOSS EVERYTHING I LIKE ON MY COMPUTER ..... THERE HAS TO BE SOMEONE OUT THERE THAT MAY KNOW SOMETHING ...... I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT COMPUTERS AND TO START ALL OVER AGAIN AND LOSS EVERYTHING I HAVE ON THE COMPUTER NOW WILL SUCK ... FOR MY KIDS AND MYSELF .... PLEASE HELP!
