freestylegreek Guest | I wasnt sure where to post this but i was viewing a sample of a movie. I havent finished downloading the whole movie but in the sample on the bottom right hand side there was a divx video logo. Is there a way to get rid of that or was that only present on the sample?

Try finding a different version.

M-A Guest | Try this:
-Open your video file in Windows Media Player.
-Go to “File”
-Go to “Properties”
-Go to Advanced > “Filters in Use”
-DobleClick on “VideoDecoder”. Its open a new DivX information-config PopUp window.
-Find the checkbox that enable or disable the DivX Logo shows while playing videos.

(s)aint Guest | Open up the Divx Decoder Configuration (it should be on your start menu- if not, look in your program files directory). Navigate to 'Quality Settings' and check 'Disable Logo'. That’s all there is to it. The logo isn’t embedded in the movie file itself, it’s produced by the DivX decoder. This can be realized if you open a DivX file which contains the logo and fast forward to the middle of the movie, the logo still appears for a few seconds. !

(s)aint Guest | PS- So don’t bother trying to find a different version just because of that, it’s not the file... I think someone was just trying to waste your time by saying that .
