What do I use and How do I play Video TS files in a folder...one after the other, such as a DVD that is burnt in the format but only plays one file at a time with VLC, and its not continous?

Play VIDEO_TS.IFO, from second line.
Try Media player classic 6486.
Much better than VLC.
