Playing RMVB CDs on Xbox

I want to use the Xbox Media Player to watch a TV series recorded on CDR. My question is can I do that? Does the CDR have to have some specific files in its root directory for Xbox to recognise it? Would there be a problem if there are multiple rmvb files on the CD, how do Xbox select which files to be played if there are multiple files?
